Get To Know Us!

Hi! I’m Travis. Growing up in the small City of New Holstein you get to know just about everyone. I have lived in this wonderful city my entire life. This is where the roots were planted for creating and growing my business, Travis’ Turf & Landscaping, LLC. I had started working with a local landscaper when I was just 13 Years old. From there I have learned lots of techniques and skills to be able to perform the job at task efficiently and also correctly. I started working a second even third job to keep myself busy and motivated. When I turned 14 I got onto the New Holstein Fire Dept where my dad has been a member for years before me. I started on the “Cadet” Program that is offered to anyone 14-21 years old. Just after turning 14 my dad had bought “himself” a snapper ridding lawn mower with a bagger and snowblower but once he brought it home I knew I wanted to do... After that I started doing some of my own little side jobs like cutting lawns, cleaning up yards, and sidewalk edging. I would ride around town with “my” lawnmower and trailer full of tools. After that I started doing my own thing and it just took off from there. I never played sports in Highschool because all I did was work. Everyday after school I would be out and about working, but I was ok with it. I gradated from New Holstein High School in 2018 and became a Fighter for New Holstein In that same year. After turning 18 in August I formed an LLC for my business and then I knew things where about too get real. I then Hired my first full time employee and started full time for myself after graduating. I have expanded this business so much in the past 4 years and I am astounded on the outcome. I now have 2 buildings and land for all my equipment. This is more then just a dream come true. Its a goal reached and a achievement.
